We continue to make every effort to keep everyone healthy and safe. That said, we ask that only one humom (or dad) accompany your pet/s into the clinic. Young children are not allowed in at this time. Masking is optional, but we do ask that you wear one if you are experiencing any flu or cold-like symptoms. We have some available so please ask if you need one!

Wondering what to do when you arrive? Here are a few key points:

Call from your car when you arrive.

  • If you are here to see a Doctor, we will check you in and let you know if there is room in waiting area to accommodate you and your pet. You may choose to wait in your car. That’s fine! We’ll just need a phone number so we can call you when an exam room is ready for you.
  • If you are here to see a Technician, we will check you in and ask you to wait in your car. Technician visits are via curbside service. That means that when we are ready for your pet we will meet you on the back porch. We will care for your pet then call you when they are ready to meet you on the back porch again. All payments are arranged over the phone.
  • Prescription refills require 24 hour turn-around time. Food, supplies, preventatives or prescriptions are via curbside service. All payments are arranged over the phone.
